Information we collect
Email address, password (stored encrypted), the names, varieties and locations of your plants, photos you upload and when they were taken, care records, your garden location (only if you set it), usage such as AI query counts, and billing status.
How we use it
To provide and operate the Service, show weather-based suggestions, identify plants from photos, generate Garden AI answers, bill you, respond to inquiries and prevent abuse.
Service providers
We use: Supabase (authentication and database), Cloudflare (photo storage), Stripe (payments) and OpenAI and similar providers (AI features). When you use AI features, the records or photos needed are sent to these providers. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by us.
Sharing and advertising
Except where required by law, we do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. We never use or sell your photos or records for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Photos and records are kept until you delete them or your account is deleted. To request account deletion, contact us at the address on the Legal Notice page.
