1. Scope
These terms govern your use of Garden Memory (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.
2. Accounts
You must register with accurate information and keep your email and password secure. Accounts may not be lent or transferred.
3. Fees and payment
The Service has a Free plan and a paid Garden+ plan. Garden+ pricing and features are as shown on the pricing page; it is billed through Stripe and renews automatically each billing period. You can cancel anytime from the Account screen and keep access until the period ends.
4. Prohibited conduct
Unlawful conduct, interfering with the Service, unauthorized access, and uploading content that infringes others' rights are prohibited.
5. AI output
Plant identification, watering suggestions and Garden AI answers are for reference only and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. You make the final decisions about caring for your plants.
6. Disclaimer and changes to the Service
Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service. The operator may change or end the Service with prior notice.
7. Changes and governing law
The operator may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
